Minority Diabetes Prevention Program (MDPP)
The Minority Diabetes Prevention Program (MDPP) is a statewide effort between local health departments to keep North Carolinians with prediabetes from developing type 2 diabetes and other health problems. Granville Vance Public Health helps to manage MDPP classes throughout the following counties: Granville, Vance, Halifax, Warren, Franklin, Nash, Wake, and Johnston.
